Fresno Chapter joins forces with Raiders group to create Anti-Violence Event

presidentsFRESNO, CA. – The Niner Empire Fresno chapter yet again proves how a well organized group can be a real strength in their community. This past weekend Luis Lozano and his group joined forces with the local Raiders fan group, Raiders of the Central Valley group which is run by Art Perez to hold their first annual “Big Fresno Stop The Violence Rally” event. They promoted the anti-violence event saying, “If we can get along, you can get along”.

Fresno Chapter Easter Event

The Niner Empire of Fresno Chapter held its annual Easter event this past Sunday. Everyone was excited to get together and start another year full of events.

As Vice President Robert Vinton put it, Today was not like any other day, it was a day that we, The Niner Empire of Fresno came together once again to rejoice, see the smiles and talk amongst each other without missing a beat… To see the children play with each other, the brothers and sisters enjoying each others company, this day went well above what was expected… But yet again, we always go above and beyond when we are in each others presence… So to those that came out today and make this event another successful one, we thank you… The Niner Empire of Fresno, WE ARE FRESNO…!!!

408 Chapter Toy Drive

408 Empire at Lucille Packard Childrens Hospital_H_w

Palo Alto, CA. – The 408 Chapter had an AMAZING experience at Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital this past Thursday. It was the result of Chapter presidents Lisa Gutierrez and Robert Garcia’s efforts of organizing a toy drive for the kids at the hospital.

Since San Jose’s Blue Chip Restaurant/Sports Bar is home to the 408 49er Empire, they spoke to owner and Diehard 49er Rudy DeAnda about placing their donation barrels there. For a great cause they put team differences aside and also set up barrels for Cowboys and Steeler fans to help donate as well.

When all was said and done they had collected over 150 toys and clothes.
