The Niner Empire Organization is a not for profit group which exists with the sole intention of bringing the 49er fan base together from all around the globe and enhancing their fan experience year around. Like our favorite team our members, “REPRESENT WITH CLASS”. In addition to celebrating our team through thick and thin, we give back to our communities through charities and outreach. Proceeds from the Membership Program goes directly to Community Give Back. We are 49er fans first and keep everything open and transparent with the 49er Organization and work directly with them where needed.

DISCLAIMER: Membership dues, contributions or gifts made or paid to The Niner Empire Membership Program are not refundable or transferable and are not deductible as charitable contributions for Federal income tax purposes. A one time initiation fee of $30 applies to all subscription levels. The Gold Level Getaway gift is automatically included with the Annual Gold Level subscription. All monthly Gold Level subscriptions qualify for the gift 4 months after the initiation. The Getaway gift can only be used by the party that has subscribed and assigned the Gold Level Member. It cannot be transferred or sold to a third party. The recipient of any prizes or giveaways is responsible for any applicable taxes as required by law.
