Built in 1938
Perched on Ocean Drive in the heart of the Art Deco District, get ready to be captivated by South Florida’s top DJs, take a plunge in the outdoor pool, and surround yourself with sweeping views of the Miami palm trees.
The Clevelander gets its name from the fact that its original owners, the Ratner family, were Clevelanders from Ohio. The architect, Albert Anis, had been born in Miami but had designed many Art Deco buildings in Chicago in the 1920s. He was well-placed to enjoy the 1930s boom in his home city.
Clevelander South Beach, is an Adults only hotel. Located centrally on Ocean Drive in the heart of the Art Deco District, and is an icon of the Miami Beach scene.
