Finished artwork means flag color and logo laid out in Illustrator EPS Vector format (printer will not print any files such as jpeg, .png or any other format which isn’t a proper vector file)
After purchase you will be taken to a page to upload your file.
You will receive a proof to verify the final art before printing.
