C.J. Beathard is now the quarterback that Kyle Shanahan says gives the #49ers the best chance to win. Unlike last week’s sudden entrance into the Redskins game Beathard will be preparing this whole week with Carlos Hyde, Matt Breida, Pierre Garçon, Marquise Goodwin, Aldrick Robinson, and his very familiar target, and classmate from Iowa George Kitttle. Hopefully Kyle Juszczyk will be able to return to the lineup this week vs the Dallas Cowboys as well.
The 49ers have to be anxious to get back on that field after having for the 5th straight week while on the road having left what could have been another 49ers victory. The 49ers will be at home against one of their biggest rivals in history.
The Cowboys meanwhile have been able to only salvage a couple of wins this season against the likes of the Az Cardinals & the New York Giants. Both teams have also struggled earlier in this first half of the season. They’ll be looking to get on track against the 49ers. The Cowboys will be met with equal frustration. There is a real possibility that Reuben Foster may make his return from a week 1 injury against the Panthers boosting a defense that is enduring a number of injuries on the defensive unit.
We’re talking today with Coach Tim who’s vast knowledge of the game, and semi-pro football coaching leadership makes him an outstanding guest on the subjects of rookie quarterback C.J. Beathard and what to expect in this week 7 of the NFL 2017 season.
